Door Lock Harness Contact Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the rivets, that retain the contact plate (1) to the door jamb, using an appropriate drill and drill bit.
2. Remove the contact plate (1) from the door jamb.
3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the contact plate.

Installation Procedure




1. Connect the electrical connector to the contact plate (1).
2. Install the contact plate (1) to the door jamb
3. Install the rivets that retain the contact plate to the door jamb with a rivet gun.
