Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement - Accessory

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory (Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory).
2. Remove the drive belt tensioner bolts.
3. Remove the drive belt tensioner.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the drive belt tensioner.
2. Install the drive belt tensioner bolts.
Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Tighten the drive belt tensioner bolts to 50 Nm (37 lb ft).
4. Install the accessory drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory (Drive Belt Replacement - Accessory).
