Intake Manifold Installation (1.4L LUH and LUJ)

  1. Clean the sealing surfaces.
    2. Fig 1: Intake Manifold

  2. Install the intake manifold (1) along with a NEW intake manifold gasket.
    3. Fig 2: Intake Manifold Bolts

    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
  3. Install the 6 intake manifold bolts (1) and tighten to 20 N.m (15 lb ft).
