Removal Procedure

  1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Disconnect the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister valve harness connector.
  3. Disconnect the vent hose (2) from the EVAP canister vent valve (1).

  5. Remove the EVAP canister vent valve (2) from the vent bracket (1).
