Evaporative Emission Canister Purge Solenoid Valve Replacement (Without LS9)

Preliminary Procedure: 
Remove the right upperintake manifold sight shield. Refer to Upper Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement (LS9) or Upper Intake Manifold Sight Shield Replacement (w/o LS9)
1 Evaperative Emission purge Valve Solenoid

Procedure

  1. Disconnect the purg valve wiring harness.
  2. Disconnect the input and output purge tubes from the purge valve.
  3. Use a flat bladed tool to release the purge valve from the Purge bracket.
