Body Side Emblem/Nameplate Replacement (Acadia)

1 Center Pillar Nameplate

Procedure

  1. Use a heat gun or equivalent to remove the nameplate. Clean all adhesive from the bodyside, wipe surface dry with a clean lint-free towel prior to installing new nameplate.
  2. When removing protective liners from adhesive tape, be careful not to touch tape with hands and do not allow tape to come in contact with dirt or any foreign matter prior to adhesion.
  3. Ensure full adhesion of the nameplate to the bodyside is made.
