Front Seat Cushion Ventilation Blower Replacement

Preliminary Procedure 
Remove the front seat. Refer to Bucket Seat Removal and Installation .
1 Driver and Passenger Seat Cushion Ventilation Heating and Cooling Blower Motor Alignment Locking Tab (Qty: 2)

Procedure

  1. Raise the power seat to it's highest position before disconnecting the seat wiring harness.
  2. Tilt the seat forward to allow access to the underside of the lower seat cushion area.
  3. Disconnect the blower wiring harness from the seat harness.
  4. Disconnect the air duct from the blower motor assembly.
  5. Using a needle nose pliers or suitable tool, pinch the alignment locking tabs together and push downward to release them from the heater duct.
2 Driver and Passenger Seat Cushion Ventilation Heating and Cooling Blower Motor Mounting Clip (Qty: 3)
Procedure 
Disconnect the rubber mounting clips from the seat cushion wire by gently pulling upward on the rubber tabs.
3 Driver and Passenger Seat Cushion Ventilation Heating and Cooling Blower Motor Assembly
Procedure 
Remove the blower motor assembly from the seat.
NOTE:

Do not touch or bump the white filter on the blower motor assembly or place the blower motor filter-side down.
