Preliminary Procedure Recover the refrigerant from the air conditioning system. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging . Remove the air conditioning refrigerant heat exchanger from the condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger Replacement . Pinch fastening tabs together at top of condenser and slide upward to remove.
1	Condenser Assembly NOTE: Bottom of condenser mounts into holding fixtures at bottom of radiator.

Remove the air conditioning refrigerant heat exchanger from the condenser. Refer to Air Conditioning Refrigerant Heat Exchanger Replacement .
Pinch fastening tabs together at top of condenser and slide upward to remove.
