Installation Procedure

- Insert the key into the instrument panel compartment door lock cylinder (1).
- Position the instrument panel compartment door lock cylinder (1) to the compartment door latch with the cylinder in the upside down position.
- Insert the instrument panel door lock cylinder (1) upside down fully into the latch assembly.
- Rotate the lock cylinder (1) 180° counter clockwise.
- An audible click should be heard when the door lock cylinder (1) is being rotated.
- Ensure proper operation of the instrument panel compartment door lock.
