1	Instrument Panel Compartment Door Dampener Procedure Remove the dampener arm from the compartment door Twist the dampener gear and pull outward to remove the dampener from the instrument panel assembly. When reinstalling the instrument panel compartment door dampener assembly ensure the instrument panel compartment dampener arm is aligned properly to the dampener gear assembly.

Procedure

Remove the dampener arm from the compartment door
Twist the dampener gear and pull outward to remove the dampener from the instrument panel assembly.
