Preliminary Procedure Remove the fuel tank. Refer to Fuel Tank Replacement .

2	Evaporative Emission Canister Procedure Disconnect the fuel sender wiring harness electrical connector from the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve. Disconnect the EVAP canister vent front pipe quick connect fitting from the EVAP canister. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service . Disconnect the EVAP canister vent rear pipe quick connect fitting from the EVAP canister. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service . Disengage the EVAP canister retainer on the fuel tank.

Procedure

Disconnect the fuel sender wiring harness electrical connector from the EVAP canister vent solenoid valve.
Disconnect the EVAP canister vent front pipe quick connect fitting from the EVAP canister. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
Disconnect the EVAP canister vent rear pipe quick connect fitting from the EVAP canister. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
Disengage the EVAP canister retainer on the fuel tank.
