CVT Clutch Pressure Control Solenoid Valve Replacement

  1. Remove the lower valve body (see LOWER VALVE BODY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION  ).
  2. Disconnect the CVT clutch pressure control solenoid valve connector (A).

  3. Remove the CVT clutch pressure control solenoid valve (B).
  4. Check that the filter (C) is in good condition, replace it if it is clogged or damaged.
  5. Install a new CVT clutch pressure control solenoid valve with the dowel pins (D) and the separator plate (E) on the lower valve body (F).
  6. Connect the CVT clutch pressure control solenoid valve connector.
  7. Install the lower valve body (see LOWER VALVE BODY REMOVAL/INSTALLATION  ).
