Fastener Tightening Specifications:  Refer to Fastener Tightening Specifications .
Preliminary Procedures: 
Remove the head restraint. Refer to Driver or Passenger Seat Head Restraint Replacement .
1 Guide, Seat Shoulder Belt
Tip:  Cut the retainers that secure the should belt guide to the head restraint to remove and install new retainers to reinstall.
