Conditions for Running the DTC

DTC P0335, P0336, P0340, P0341, P0641, or P0651 is not set.
The engine is running.
The engine speed is less than 1,200 RPM - Without HD L96.
The crankshaft and camshaft position signals are synchronized.
The camshaft position actuator is commanded to the parked position - If equipped.
DTC P0016 runs continuously when the above conditions are met.
