Drive Belt Replacement

Preliminary Procedure: 
Remove the air cleaner outlet duct, if necessary. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .
1 Drive Belt

Procedure

  1. Use a breaker bar to rotate the drive belt tensioner.
  2. Remove the drive belt from the pulleys and tensioner
2 Drive Belt

Procedure

  1. Clean and inspect the drive belt surfaces of all the pulleys.
  2. Inspect the drive belt for correct alignment.
