Preliminary Procedure Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . Disconnect the oxygen sensors. Refer to Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Bank 2 Sensor 1 and Heated Oxygen Sensor Replacement - Bank 2 Sensor 2 .
1	Nut (Qty: 2) WARNING: Refer to Hot Exhaust System Warning . CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tip: Remove the catalytic to the exhaust manifold nuts from above the engine compartment. Replace the catalytic converter seal. If replacing the catalytic converter, transfer the oxygen sensors over to the new converter. Tighten: 48 N.m (35 lb ft)
2	Clamp Tighten: 48 N.m (35 lb ft)
3	Three-way Catalytic Converter
