Ignition ON, observe the scan tool Driver Information Center Switch parameter, that when the S78 Turn Signal/Multi-Function Switches Menu, INFO+, INFO-, SET are pressed and released the scan tool parameter toggles between Menu, Up, Down, Clear and Inactive.
