Case Cover Bearing Assemble

* J 8092 - Universal Driver Handle
* J 41991 - Driveshaft Bearing Remover/Installer

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools (Tools and Equipment).




1. Assemble J 8092 - driver handle and J 41991 - bearing remover/installer for bearing installation.
2. Place the case cover (400) on a clean, flat surface with the case mating surface up.

Note: When installing the new bearing the part number should be visible (facing upward).

3. Using the assembled tool, press the drive shaft bearing (431) into the case cover (400).
