Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe and Hole Cover Installation





Note: Position the gasket O-ring seal onto the nipple portion of the pipe.

1. Install the seals (308) onto the engine coolant air bleed pipe and covers.




2. Install the hose (311) and clamps (322) onto the pipe (307).




3. Install the pipe (307).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

4. Install the bolts (309) and tighten the pipe bolts to 12 Nm (106 lb in).




5. Install the covers (313).
6. Install the bolts (312) and tighten the cover bolts to 12 Nm (106 lb in).
