Exhaust Manifold Installation - Left Side




1. Install the exhaust manifold gasket.
2. Install the exhaust manifold.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the exhaust manifold bolts and tighten to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).




4. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield.
5. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield bolts and tighten to 10 Nm (89 lb in).
6. Install the spark plugs and tighten to 15 Nm (11 lb ft).
7. Install the spark plug wires.
