Engine Coolant Crossover Pipe Removal




1. Remove the idler pulley bolts (1, 2) and pulleys.




2. Loosen the thermal bypass hose clamp and remove the hose (3) from the coolant crossover pipe.
3. Remove the coolant crossover pipe bolts (2, 4), engine lift bracket (1), and the coolant crossover pipe assembly.
4. Remove the coolant crossover pipe gaskets.
