Preliminary Procedures Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . Remove the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
1	Upper Shock Absorber Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tip: Support the rear axle with a jack stand. Tighten: 90 N.m (66 lb ft).
2	Rear Shock Absorber Bolt Tip: Support the rear axle with a jack stand. Tighten: 125 N.m (92 lb ft).
3	Rear Shock Absorber
