Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement (LNF)

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill-LE5, L61)  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill-LNF)  or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 Fill) .
  2. Remove charge air cooler inlet pipe. Refer to Charge Air Cooler Inlet Pipe Replacement
1 Radiator Outlet Hose

Procedure

  • Using J 38185  reposition the radiator outlet hose clamps.
  • Reposition wiring harness as necessary.

Special Tools: 
J 38185  Hose Clamp Pliers
