Preliminary Procedures Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement for the 2.2L and 2.4L engines or Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement for the 2.0L engine. Partially drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill-LE5, L61) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill-LNF) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 Fill) .
1	Radiator Cap
2	Coolant Recovery Reservoir Hose Tip: Only remove the coolant recovery reservoir hose from the radiator fill neck tube.
3	Radiator Inlet - Front Hose Procedure: Use J 38185 to reposition hose on the radiator inlet hose.
4	Radiator Fill Tube Neck
5	Radiator Inlet - Rear Hose Procedure: Use J 38185 to reposition hose on the radiator inlet hose. Special Tools: J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers
