Preliminary Procedure Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement for the 2.2L or 2.4L engines or Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement for the 2.0L engine. Drain only the fluid from the radiator coolant recovery expansion tank. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill-LE5, L61) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill-LNF) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716 Fill) . Disconnect the generator electrical connectors from the generator. Refer to Generator Replacement .
1	Coolant Recovery Reservoir Bolt CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten: 9 N.m (80 lb in)
2	Coolant Recovery Expansion Tank Assembly Procedure: Use J 38185 to remove the coolant recovery hose from the coolant recovery reservoir. Special Tools: J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers

CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .

Tighten: 9 N.m (80 lb in)

Coolant Recovery Expansion Tank Assembly
Procedure:
Use J 38185 to remove the coolant recovery hose from the coolant recovery reservoir.
Special Tools:
J 38185 Hose Clamp Pliers
