DT 46484  (DW260-160) Brake C/D Snap Ring Remover/Installer. See Special Tools .

1. Remove the snap ring from the transaxle housing.

2. Release piston C with the cylinder by applying compressed air to the feed bore.

3. Remove the cylinder with piston C.

4. Remove the disc carrier C/D and the spring disc from the transaxle housing.

5. Release piston D and the cylinder by applying compressed air to the feed bore.

6. Remove the cylinder with piston C.

7. Remove piston C from cylinder C.

8. Remove the snap ring from brake C.

9. Remove disc set C.
10. Rotate disc carrier 180 degrees.

11. Using DT 46484  (1) press down on the cup spring and remove the snap ring. See Special Tools .

12. Remove disc set D.
