Installation Procedure

  1. Assemble the oil pan as necessary.

  3. Install the oil pan.
  4. Loosen the engine support fixture wing nuts in order to lower the engine and engage the engine mounts to the frame.
  5. Remove the engine support fixture. Refer to Engine Support Fixture .
  6. Remove the transmission oil cooler pipe retainer from the engine right side.
  7. Fill the engine with new engine oil. Refer to Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement .
  8. Install the A/C compressor bracket with the A/C compressor.

  10. Install the engine mount lower nuts.

  12. Connect the intermediate steering shaft.
  13. Install the power steering hose retainer to the A/C compressor bracket.
  14. Install the engine front cover. Refer to Engine Front Cover Replacement .
