Heater Coolant Heater Fuel Pump Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting.
2. Disconnect the fuel lines to the fuel pump.
3. Disconnect the fuel pump electrical connector.




4. Remove the fuel pump retaining bolt.
5. Remove the fuel pump from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the fuel pump to the vehicle.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the fuel pump retaining bolt.

Tighten the bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).

3. Connect the fuel lines to the fuel pump.
4. Connect the fuel pump electrical connector.
5. Lower the vehicle.
