Auxiliary Heater Core Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the auxiliary HVAC module.




2. Remove the screws from the bottom of the auxiliary HVAC module.
3. Remove the heater core from the module.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the heater core to the module.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the screws to the bottom of the auxiliary HVAC module.

Tighten the screws to 1.9 N.m (17 lb in).

3. Install the auxiliary HVAC module.
