Drive Belt Tensioner Replacement

Removal Procedure




1. Remove the drive belt.
2. Raise the vehicle.
3. Remove the drive belt tensioner bolt by accessing it through the wheelhouse opening.
4. Remove the drive belt tensioner by accessing it through the wheelhouse opening.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the drive belt tensioner by accessing it through the wheelhouse opening.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice.

2. Install the drive belt tensioner bolt by accessing it through the wheelhouse opening.

Tighten the bolt to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Install the drive belt.
