Removal Procedure

    CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution .
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the headlamp mounting bolts.

  3. Remove the headlamp mounting nut.

  4. Disconnect the turn signal electrical connector.

  5. Disconnect the headlamp electrical connector.

  6. Remove the headlamp assembly.
  7. Turn left and remove the headlamp bulb cap, if necessary.

  8. Dry off the headlamp bulb clip.
  9. Disconnect the headlamp bulb connector.

  10. Remove the headlamp bulb, if necessary.

  11. Remove the park lamp.

  12. Remove the headlamp high beam cap.

  13. Remove the headlamp high beam bulb clip.
  14. Disconnect the headlamp high beam bulb connector.
  15. Remove the headlamp high beam bulb, if necessary.

  16. Remove the turn signal lamp, if necessary.
