Installation Procedure

  1. Install the transmission oil cooler line to the vehicle.
  2. IMPORTANT: Do not reuse any of the existing retaining rings that were removed from the existing quick connect fittings. All retaining rings being installed must be New.
  3. Install the new retaining ring (E-clip) into the quick connect fitting.
  4. IMPORTANT: Ensure the transmission lines are position in the support bracket and the clips are installed.
  5. Install the transmission oil cooler lines to the transmission. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  6. Lower the vehicle.

  8. If equipped with the auxiliary oil cooler, install the inlet line to the radiator and the outlet to the auxiliary cooler line.

  10. Install the oil cooler lines to the radiator. Refer to Transmission Fluid Cooler Hose/Pipe Quick-Connect Fitting Disconnection and Connection .
  11. Fill the transmission to proper level. Refer to Transmission Fluid Check .
