Removal Procedure

Remove the grille assembly. Refer to Grille Replacement (Base) or Grille Replacement (Uplevel) .

Disconnect the lines from the auxiliary cooler.
Remove the lines from the push clips on the auxiliary cooler mounting bracket.
Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

Remove the lower bolts from the auxiliary cooler mounting bracket.
Lower the vehicle.
Remove the upper bolts.
Remove the auxiliary oil cooler from the vehicle.
