Removal Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Remove the air conditioning (A/C) compressor. Refer to Compressor Replacement (6.6L) .
  2. If equipped, remove the auxiliary generator. Refer to Auxiliary Generator Replacement .
    3. Fig 1: Identifying fuel pump

  3. Disconnect the fuel feed pipe fitting from the fuel injector pump.
  4. Disconnect the fuel feed pipe fitting from the left fuel rail.
  5. Remove the left fuel feed pipe.
