Installation Procedure

  1. Install the engine mount to the vehicle.
  2. Install the rear engine mount to the engine mounting bolts from under the vehicle. Do not tighten at this time.
    3. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice .
  3. Install the front engine mount to the engine mounting bolts through the wheel well.

    Tighten:  Tighten the engine mount to engine mounting bolts to 50 N.m (37 lb ft).

  4. Lower the engine.

  5. Install the engine mount to the frame mounting bolts through the wheel well.

    Tighten:  Tighten the engine mount to frame mounting bolts to 60 N.m (44 lb ft).

  6. Install the front propeller shaft, 4WD vehicles only. Refer to Front Propeller Shaft Replacement .
  7. Install the tire and wheel. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation .
  8. Lower the vehicle.
