Rear Side Door Hinge Replacement (Extended Cab)

Preliminary Procedures: Remove the body hinge pillar trim. Refer to Body Hinge Pillar Trim Panel Replacement .
1	Rear Side Door Upper Hinge to Body Bolt Tip: One bolt is located behind the body hinge pillar trim.
2	Rear Side Door Lower Hinge to Body Bolt Tip: One bolt is located behind the body hinge pillar trim.
3	Rear Side Door Upper Hinge to Body Bolt (Qty: 2) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector, if equipped. Tape the edges of the door and body. Support the door before removing hinge bolts from step 3 and 4. Tighten: 26 N.m (19 lb ft)
4	Rear Side Door Lower Hinge to Body Bolt (Qty: 2) Tip: Remove the door from the vehicle then remove the door side hinge bolts. Tighten: 26 N.m (19 lb ft)
5	Rear Side Door Upper Hinge to Door Bolt (Qty: 2)
6	Rear Side Door Lower Hinge to Door Bolt (Qty: 2)
