Removal & Installation

  1. Before proceeding, see AIR BAG SAFETY PRECAUTIONS . Ensure ignition is off and key is removed. Remove Instrument Panel Cluster (IPC) trim plate by pulling gently rearward on corner of trim plate.
  2. Remove passenger-side air bag disable switch from instrument panel. See Fig 1. Disconnect electrical connector from rear of air bag disable switch. To install, reverse removal procedure.
