Preliminary Procedure Remove the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement Disconnect all the electrical connectors from components associated with the HVAC module. Remove any components associated with splitting the air distribution case.
1	A/C Evaporator TXV Insulator.
2	A/C Evaporator TXV Bolt (Qty: 2).
3	A/C Evaporator TXV Attachment Connector.
4	A/C Evaporator TXV Tubes. Procedure Install new O-rings to the A/C Evaporator TXV Tubes. Refer to O-Ring Replacement . Reprogramming of HVAC actuators may be necessary. Refer to Inflatable Restraint Sensing and Diagnostic Module Programming and Setup .
