Crankshaft Front Oil Seal Installation

Tools Required

J 44645 Crankshaft Front Oil Seal Installer. See Special Tools .

Lubricate the crankshaft sealing surface with engine oil.
Place the crankshaft front oil seal onto the crankshaft.
Install the J 44645 to the crankshaft. See Special Tools .
Press the crankshaft front oil seal onto the crankshaft with the J 44645 until the tool bottoms out. See Special Tools .
