Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Insert the air cleaner element.
  2. Install the air cleaner cover.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Tighten the air cleaner cover screws until snug.
  4. Install the outlet resonator to the MAT/IAT sensor.

  5. Tighten the air cleaner outlet duct clamp at the MAF/IAT sensor.

    Tighten:  Tighten the clamp to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
