Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different variant/trim than selected.
  1. Lubricate the CMP sensor O-ring with clean engine oil.
  2. Install the CMP sensor.

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the CMP sensor bolt.

    Tighten:  Tighten the bolt to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  4. Install the cooling fan pulley. Refer to Cooling Fan Pulley Replacement (6.6L (LLY) Engine) in Engine Cooling.
