Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the inflatable restraint steering wheel module. Refer to REMOVAL & INSTALLATION (DRIVER-SIDE) .
  2. Mark the relationship of the steering wheel (1) to the column.
  3. Remove the steering wheel and the nut (2).

  4. Use the J-1859-A in order to remove the steering wheel from the column.
