Removal & Installation

- Drain cooling system.
- Reposition inlet hose clamp from the radiator. Remove inlet hose from radiator.
- Reposition outlet hose clamp from radiator. Remove radiator outlet hose from radiator.
- Remove lower fan shroud.
- Reposition radiator vent inlet hose clamp from radiator. Remove vent inlet hose from radiator.
- Remove engine oil cooler lines from radiator.
- Remove transmission oil cooler lines from radiator.
- Remove radiator mounting bolts. Remove radiator from vehicle.
- To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten radiator mounting bolts to 18 ft. lbs. (25 N.m). Refill and bleed cooling system. See COOLING SYSTEM BLEEDING . Check for leaks and coolant level.
