Conditions for Setting the DTC

The hybrid direct, 2-3-4 clutch is commanded OFF for 3 seconds and the hybrid powertrain control module detects the hybrid direct, 2-3-4 clutch slip speed is less than 1000 RPM for 3 seconds, when commanded OFF.
