Installation Procedure

Fig 1: Removing/Installing Pinch-Weld Flange Weatherstrip (Rear Door Opening)

Align the weatherstrip to the door opening with the 2 dots positioned on the upper right and left side.
Align the weatherstrip to the door opening with the bond joint positioned at the lower center of the door opening.
Install the weatherstrip to the pinch-weld flange. Ensure that the weatherstrip is fully seated.
Install the rear door sill plate. Refer to Rear Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement (Crew Cab) or Rear Side Door Sill Trim Plate Replacement (Extended Cab) .
