TCC Valve & Spring: Removal

WARNING:
Valve springs can be tightly compressed. Use care when removing retainers and plugs. Personal injury could result.
Raise and support the vehicle. Remove the oil pan and the filter. See DRAINING & REFILLING under LUBRICATION. Remove the valve bore plug retainer ring. See Fig 1 . Remove the plug. Remove the valve. Remove the spring.
