Preliminary Procedure Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling (GE 47716) or Cooling System Draining and Filling (Static Fill) . Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle . Disconnect the radiator outlet hose from the coolant pipe. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement . Disconnect the auxiliary water pump hose from the coolant pipe. Refer to Auxiliary Water Pump Inlet Hose Replacement
1	Radiator Outlet Pipe Bolt (Qty: 2) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 23 N.m (17 lb ft)
2	Radiator Outlet Pipe Bolt Tighten: 50 N.m (37 lb ft)
