Air Distributor Case Replacement (Right)

Callout	Component Name
Preliminary Procedure Disconnect all the electrical connectors from components associated with the HVAC module. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement . Remove any components associated with splitting the air distribution case.
1	Air Distribution Screw (Qty: 10) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: Tighten the screws to 2N.m (18 lb in).
2	Air Vent Valves.
3	Air Distribution Case (Right). Procedure Ensure all seals and gaskets are in position upon installation. When replacing the air distribution case, transfer all necessary components.
