Air Distributor Case Replacement (Center)

Preliminary Procedures Disconnect all the electrical connectors from components associated with the HVAC module. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to HVAC Module Assembly Replacement . Remove the heater core. Refer to Heater Core Replacement
1	Air Distribution Screw (Qty: 10) NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice . Tighten: 2 N.m (18 lb in)
2	Air Vent Valves
3	Air Distribution Case (Center) Procedure Ensure all seals and gaskets are in position upon installation. When replacing the air distribution case, transfer all necessary components.
