Installation Procedure

  1. Remove the caps from the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve and the chassis EVAP pipe.
  2. Position the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve tube.
  3. Connect the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve tube quick connect fitting (1) to the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .

  4. Connect the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve tube quick connect fitting (2) to the chassis EVAP line. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
